INCM is thankful to have the governance leadership of our Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for ensuring the mission of INCM is being accomplished through all that we do. The accountability and support they provide to the INCM staff team is driven by a passion to see children’s ministry leaders connected to what they need to shape the future of the Church.
Todd is passionate about growing and developing a faith-based organization centered around servant leadership. He’s highly competitive and finds success in having a results-driven mentality. Todd cares about people and relationships, and is passionate about developing structures for training, leadership, and mentoring. He serves as a mentor to fatherless boys for Father’s in the Field. Todd has been married for over 32 years to his high school sweetheart, and they have four married children and three granddaughters. He loves adventure and spending time with his family, which is the greatest adventure.
MELISSA J MACDONALD

Passionate about the church, Melissa J. MacDonald travels extensively speaking, training, coaching, and consulting. She’s the author of Missing: An Urgent Call for the Church to Rescue Kids. With humor and a unique perspective, Melissa calls the church to be The Church everywhere she goes. She and her husband, Luis, make their home in Iowa. DR. CHRIS CORBETT
Chris Corbett leads the Children, Youth and Family Ministries degree at Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL. She is passionate about training leaders and equipping others to minister to kids and their families. Chris travels, speaking at conferences and retreats, and serves as a writer for the My Healthy Church Kids’ blog. In her spare time, she loves running, reading, and hanging out at Disney.
David, a Chicago native, worked alongside his father for many years as a partner in his father’s accounting firm. Faced with the challenge to keep his two tech-savvy boys engaged in regular family devotional time, he founded SproutBox (sproutboxkids.com) a company that creates Bible-centered products that incorporate technology to help facilitate a fun and interactive experience. He currently resides in Chicago, with his wife, Myung, and 3 children –Justin, Brandon, and Leah.
Scott has been married to Jane for as long as he can remember. They have three children and a daughter in law. Children’s ministry has been a mainstay for his family, with Scott serving as a volunteer teacher, game leader, gospel illusionist, and sarcastic puppet operator. He has three decades of faith-based, non-profit management experience. For the past fourteen years, he has had the privilege of leading ministry at Twin Lakes Bible Camp in northwest Iowa. Scott’s education includes a B.A. in Bible and Recreation, and a M.A. in Organizational Leadership, and is a lifelong learner.
Kim leads the kids team at Crossroads, a church with locations in Ohio and Kentucky. Kim’s passion is creating fun and safe environments for all kids, regardless of their unique needs, background or energy level, to experience God and grow in their faith. Kim and her husband, Mark, live in Kentucky and have 5 kids and 8 grandkids. As adoptive parents they are active in the foster and adoptive community.
