Join the Team
Be part of a mission that strengthens children’s and family ministry leaders and impacts the next generation.
A team that loves Jesus and believes in the mission.
At the International Network of Children’s Ministry (INCM), we believe that when children’s ministry leaders are connected to the training, resources, and community they need, the impact reaches far beyond a single church or community.
Behind everything we do is a team of people who love Jesus, believe deeply in the mission, and work together to make it happen.
You might love being on the INCM team if…
- You love Jesus, His Church, and the leaders who disciple the next generation.
- You take initiative, solve problems, and enjoy making things happen.
- You value collaboration and know that we're better together.
- You care about the details because you care about the people they impact.
- You work hard, laugh often, and believe there's joy in serving together.
